ViralForge releases are digital products. After a verified paid order, protected access is provided through the confirmation flow and the checkout email. There are no physical items, shipping, or return labels involved.
Access issues
If you cannot access a verified purchase, contact support with the checkout email and order reference when available. We will review the order and help resolve the access issue.
Refund requests
Because access is digital and protected, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support with the details of the issue so we can assess the order; this policy does not promise a refund in every situation.
